A nominal shipping charge of Rs. 99 will be applicable on all orders below Rs. 699.
Orders above Rs. 699 may qualify for Free Delivery (T&C apply).
Delivery Process
• Once your order is confirmed, our team conducts a thorough quality check for all items.
• After successful inspection, the products are securely packed and handed over to our logistic partners.
• The delivery partner will deliver the products to the address provided at checkout. In case of any issue, they may contact you directly.
Packaging
We take special care to ensure safe delivery of all products. Fragile items like bottles are wrapped individually with protective materials and securely packed inside strong cardboard boxes.
Prakritinova takes full responsibility for any transit damage.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a message/WhatsApp/email containing tracking details.

Delivery Timeline
We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours.
Estimated delivery timeline is 2–7 working days depending on your location and courier service availability.
Unexpected delays may occur due to logistics issues or natural circumstances. Prakritinova is not liable for delays from courier partners.
Contact During Delivery
Before delivery, our courier partner may call to ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
If delivery fails after three attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Delivery Attempts
If the delivery fails on first attempt, the courier will make two more attempts.
