Order Cancellation
Cancellations are only allowed if the order has not been dispatched.
Once the shipment is handed over to our courier partner, the order cannot be cancelled.
We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate our terms & conditions without prior notice.

Refunds will be initiated within 2 – 5 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Refund Process
Refunds for cancelled orders or returned products are issued to the original payment method, such as credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI etc.
We may also provide store credit/coupons for future purchases if applicable.
Refund completion time: 2 – 5 business days after approval.
Returns & Replacements
We provide easy returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery under the following conditions:
✅ Wrong product received
✅ Damaged product delivered
✅ Quality issue verified by our team
How to Request a Return/Exchange
• Email us within 5 days of delivery at support@prakritinova.com
• Share your Order ID, issue details, and clear images/videos of the product and invoice
• We will arrange pickup within 4 – 7 business days
• Replacement/refund will be processed after product reaches us in original packaging
Return Rejection Criteria
Return request will not be accepted in the following cases:
❌ Product is used or without original packaging
❌ Tampered seal, batch number, or altered product
❌ Request placed after 5 days of delivery
❌ Return of free gift items or promotional products
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, leaked, or wrong product:
1️⃣ Email us with photos/videos within 5 days
2️⃣ Our team will verify and schedule pickup
3️⃣ Replacement or refund will be processed once product is received back
